We want to fulfill God’s mission for St. Michael’s. Will you help us? This survey is a way for you to give your input and data in preparation for the Parish Leadership Planning Day on Saturday, Feb. 15th. The input provided here will help guide the parish leadership in evaluating our ministry, the use of our resources and planning for the next year.

You may fill it out online or print the survey, write your answers and either return them in the collection basket or mail them to PO Box 705, Sebree, KY 42455. If you mail it be sure to send a separate paper with your e-mail or phone number to be entered in the drawing.
If you would like to participate in the Planning Day please RSVP with Patti Gutiérrez (270-302-2782) by Feb 12th for an accurate count for lunch. It will take place at the Mount St. Joseph Retreat Center on Saturday, Feb. 15th from 9am to 2pm. We will reflect on our mission as a parish, review the survey results, discuss our current reality and make plans for the upcoming year of ministry.
