The Angel Tree is up!  If you’d like to help buy presents for needy children in the area please consider taking a few angels.  You can return the gifts to church in the morning on Sunday, Dec. 18th.

More supervisory adults are needed for our weekly faith       formation classes for K-6.  Wednesdays 5:45-7pm.

Help is needed to get local NA & AA groups off the ground.  If you can help, let us know!

Volunteers are needed to clean the Parish Center (former           rectory) on a rotating basis.

Congratulations to Jeanie Davis who won the rifle raffle the Knights of Columbus had on Nov. 19th!  Thanks for all who supported the Thanksgiving Basket project with the time, talents & treasure!

Parish Council Elections: This Sunday the names of all those who accepted their nomination will be placed in a           basket, prayed over and 2 names will be drawn for a 3-year term on the Parish Council.  Thanks to all those willing to serve in parish leadership!

Advent Scripture Study: The first three Mondays of Advent (Nov. 30th, Dec. 7th & 14th) you are invited to a Bible Study at 6pm to help us prepare spiritually for the Christmas           season.  It will be a very popular video-based study with time for sharing & discussion.  Invite your friends and family!

Christmas Mass Schedule: on Dec. 24th we will have Mass in English at 5pm, Mass in Spanish at 7pm and on Dec. 25th we will have mass at 12pm (language will depend on who is here).  Invite your friends &  family who may be looking for a church home to celebrate the holidays!

Eucharistic Ministers Formation: For those currently          serving or those who would like to serve, please                   consider  attending a short formation session at 9am on             Sunday, Nov. 29th.  Bring your questions about this ministry!

Our Community

Community Thanksgiving Service: Join other Christians in the area for a night of prayer and fellowship on Sunday, November 22nd at 6pm at First Christian Church.  Bro. Keith Wilcox from General Baptist will preach.  An offering will be taken up to benefit the community benevolence fund.

Community Christmas Dinner: Would you like to volunteer with other churches in town to host a dinner for needy families in the area on Dec. 13th?   Contact Keith at 270-339-7591 for more info.
