Thanksgiving Baskets & Raffle: The Knights are fundraising and accepting donations to help fund 200 baskets for the needy this year!  You can buy raffle tickets for a rifle for $5 from any member of the Knights.  Or you can leave food donations by the church doors.  Monetary donations can be given to Charles Buchanan.  If you know of a needy family to put on the list please let Patti know.

Food donations needed: stuffing mix (boxes), sweet potatoes, corn, green beans, potatoes (5lbs bags), butter, dinner rolls, box desserts.  Families range from 1-7 members.

Parish Fall Social Nov. 7th—Everyone in the St. Michael’s family is invited to come together for some fun & fellowship on Saturday, November 7th at 143 Ashby Lane off of Sebree Pratt Road (home of Joe & Elizabeth Goeltz).  You can arrive anytime after 2pm.  At 5pm we will celebrate mass followed by a pot-luck dinner, bonfire, and hayrides weather permitting.  Come get to know our parish family better!

Time, Talent & Treasure—Faithful Stewardship: This time of year we reflect as a parish family on the many gifts God has given each of us and our responsibility to use those gifts to serve God and others.  Even if you want to continue to do the same ministries please take the time to fill out the commitment form as a way of renewing your promise of faithful stewardship.

Do you know someone who needs a church home?  If you have someone in mind who may want to join the church or return to the Church after many years invite them to mass!  If they would like to sit down with Fr. Carmelo or Patti just put their contact info in the collection and we will give them a call.  Or if you would like information about having your marriage recognized by the Church, find out more about an annulment, or learn about adult Catholics receiving Sacraments you can do the same!

Open Mass Intentions: Would you like to have a mass offered for your intention? For an intercession (ex: the deceased, someone facing an illness or challenge, etc) or in thanksgiving (ex: birthday, anniversary, etc)?  There are envelopes by the door to write your intention and to include your donation.  Please place in collection or give to Patti.
