Our Parish Family

Women’s Retreat (May 9th) coming up at St. Michael’s!  Join other women from the St. Michael’s family for a one-day retreat.  The topic for the retreat is Love is Our Mission: The Family Fully Alive applied uniquely to women in all stages of life.   Invite your friends and family to join us.  There is no cost to attend.  More details on the flyer!

Brunch & Dedication on May 24th: The former rectory (next to the Parish Hall) is now being used for classrooms/meeting rooms and the Parish Council has named it the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Center. (“Guadalupe Center”) We will have an official dedication with brunch after the 10:30am Mass on May 24th.  Come join us!  We will also rededicate the Parish Hall to be officially named the Fr. Carl Glahn Parish Hall (“Glahn Hall”) in honor of our founding pastor who passed away in January.

NA Group: Would you be interested in helping get a Narcotics Anonymous group started here in Sebree?  Either as a group leader, participant, accountability partner, guest speaker, donor, etc?  Let Patti know.

AA Group starting soon: Alcoholics Anonymous Groups in English & Spanish will begin meeting soon in Sebree. If you are interested in participating or need more info please call Wayne at 812-453-9666 (English) or Orlando at 270-315-0434 (Spanish).

Our Faith Family

Special Collection for Nepal: Next week, May 9th & 10th we will hold a special collection at all masses to support those affected by the earthquake in Nepal.  The donations will be sent to Catholic Relief Services.  You can also give quickly and securely online: www.smsebree.org/online-giving

Priesthood Ordinations: May 30th at 10am at St. Stephen Cathedral in Owensboro.  Come join us as Michael Charles Ajigo and Gary Clark receive Holy Orders as they are          ordained to the priesthood for our diocese. All are welcome!
